Performance development assessment tools

As part of our commitment to learning and development across Southwark council and its associates organisations, we have created a series of performance development assessment tools for a number of job roles.

What are the benefits?

These assessment tools will provide you with a comprehensive analysis of your performance at work (demonstrated skills and behaviours) as seen by you, your manager, a peer and work colleagues. This will enable you to 'track' your progress and support your on-going personal development.

What do I need to do?

Before starting your assessment you should agree with your manager the most appropriate professional peer (who may be someone from a partner organisation) and team member who will provide you with effective feedback.

Your completed report will be automatically stored in your personal “mylearningsource” CPD page and remain confidential to you.

You will receive an email with a link to monitor the number of people that have completed the questionnaire.

Once all nominated individuals have completed the assessment this will provide you with valuable personal development information. Once you have considered this information, you should make an appointment to see your line manager to discuss the results and reflect on them as part of your on-going development plan.
