Who is it for?
This course is for social workers employed by Southwark Council.
Communities of practice are a new and innovative way to offer learning at the cutting edge of Social Work for people who are or aspire to be leaders within their fields.
Coming to these Twilight Sessions will not only equip you with the skills and tools to become Leaders but will reinvigorate, inspire and motivate you to integrate theory and research to help enhance service user’s experience.
Attendees can expect discussion, debate and the opportunity for reflection on their practice.
