Southwark Employees Price: £15 Associates Price: £0
Who is it for?
This course is for all mentors wanting to gain knowledge on how to be a confident mentor who will sustain and add value to their mentee’s through support and challenge.
What does it cover?
The workshop will be an opportunity to build on existing skills used in other work areas i.e. listening, questioning and summarising and fine tune these as mentoring skills. Using delegate’s own live issues there will be practical exercises which will build your confidence to support and challenge compassionately. We want to leave you reflecting on what you want to do more of as a mentor, and how you can put into practice consistently those things that make you a good one.
We will be encouraging you to learn from each other, test out new ways of working, take a few risks and reflect on what works.
What are the course outcomes?
