I thought Mr Sorensen presented the course with his artistically unique style of presenting with his knowledge of "30 years" in the business. Mr Soren is 100% a Gentlemen with expertise knowledge presented so that a "lay” person like me can understand the importance of food hygiene. The course was full with its factual theories and possible theories backed up with a diverse, structured style of presenting food hygiene and not forgetting its Legal regulated policies & procedures that we are all supposed to follow for the safety of understanding how to prepare, store and cook food with the importance of how crucial temperatures are when managing food. 10/10 presentation course Mr Soren. I also thought that your animation on your power point was insightful and artistically good. On the course I felt I had leant and came away form your class/course with more than food hygiene knowledge along with knowing that food has many essential things connected to it including the person handling, preparing and presenting the food all plays an important role when it comes to food. Thanks again! Full stop!
