A better understanding of why they're using the social web - not simply to communicate but to achieve the organisation's aims and objectives through carefully orchestrated conversation with specific target audiences.

A clear portrait of each of the separate target audiences (segments), how best to engage them and the key messages that must be reframed and incorporated into the content.

A range of creative and effective content ideas to take away and populate the organisation's various timelines.

Knowledge of the optimum settings for the major networks and how they should be integrated.

An appreciation of the tools available to streamline the day-to-day practical (tactical) use of the social web.
